Our India Foundation
We undertake wide-ranging projects and initiatives to minimize the sufferings of the poor and give them hope, purpose and dignity. The social and economic empowerment of disadvantaged communities by addressing gaps in education, employment and healthcare is our commitment.
Established in 2014, Our India Foundation embodies a vision shared by a group of people from Calicut, Kerala, for an inclusive and equitable society. The founders envisage that positive and sustainable prosperity can be achieved only through investments in education, human resource development, skills development, vocational education and training, housing, drinking water and sanitation.
With the northern part of India being the key target area for Our India Foundation, our interventions are currently active in Shamli district of Western Uttar Pradesh. We aim to build and foster a sustainable development model that can be replicated in other parts of the country.
The major milestones in our journey include the Our India International School, Aab Drinking Water Project, Rahbar Higher Education Assistance Project and Ismath Toilet Project, Health Clinics, Skills Development Center among others. Our future projects include Feeder Schools, Arts and Science College, Human Resource Development Center, and Teacher Training Institute.
